If you love sliders or want to practice them then this is a VG slider game

There are 24 sliding puzzles, each has the option of playing them in either 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 tile sizes. Some of them are hard – there is a picture of a close in snowflake, or pure grey clouds and very little definition between tiles. If you play with no preview picture and don’t cheat by trying to take a screenshot* then these took me ages, but you can breeze through some others. It’s nice as there is a choice of hardness within the picture not just the sizes. Playing with no preview picture really does make sliders far harder but there is an obvious cheeze you could do by taking screenshot outside of steam, and alt tab to see it.

It will take you a good time, if like me you don’t use anything or a lot shorter depending on how many hints/help you use. So it's good for both people that just want to practice sliders and use all hints, or those that love them and use nothing. As with 2 different types of hints this can be a very quick game if you choose to use them or more challenging if you choose neither.
*I would have loved to have done a couple of screenshots for you to show you the choice of pictures, but the steam screenshot didn’t work for me.

Numbers with toggle on/off keyboard shortcuts. Numbers appear on the tiles to give you a hint what order the pieces go (this is great for beginners or for those learning how to do these)

Tutorial
Reset game

The space is always at the bottom right corner. It’s a standard slider regarding the game mechanics of it – always one space, click on a tile that you want to move into the space. There are no timers, ltd moves or anything like that. It’s purely a slider game.

100% achievements

All achievements are for doing all the puzzles in all sizes with no hints. I didn’t use either the preview picture or the numbers and got the no hint achievements. You may be able to use one of the two options and still get that achievement but I wasn’t taking any chances. BE CAREFUL even with both hints set to OFF under options, if you accidentally click on x or z the hint will appear in the puzzle. (I got lucky that didn’t happen to me but trying things for this review just found that out.) There is a reset button if needed.

If you love sliders or want to practice them then this is a VG slider game. All the options are well done and feels and looks like a good standard of game. With the excellent tutorial that takes you through the options as well it is good even if somehow you’ve managed to never have done a slider before.
